ROM: JellyBam 5.0.0
Kernel: Siyah v5 vsync
I have been getting really bad standby times lately (half a day if I don't charge in car/at work). I started looking more closely at battery stats and GSam Battery Monitor is reporting that my screen is using more battery/power when it is OFF (in standby) than when its ON and I'm actually using the phone.
I have Problem With Standby Time .....My Battery After 12 Hours Standby Have 50% Drop.....I install Stock Rom But Itsnt Fix...Please Help Me:crying:
( I do wipe cash and wipe battey and calibrate)
Hi folks,
I updated to the official Jelly Bean build on Three in the Uk yesterday. When I first got my phone on ICS I played around checking wakelocks etc and managed to get everything set up so battery drain in standby was around 0.5 % per hour so 3 or 4% drop over night (if not plugged in of course).
So all was well with my phone and I could easily get 1day+ worth of battery time out of it, then one day (sadly can't remember what I did) it changed. Now I'm lucky if I can get it to last 10 hours on standby, 5-6 hours with minimal use.
Having issues with roms lately. Some roms won't even give me 2 hours of battery life. (Maybe 4 hours even in standby!!)
Talked to Motorola over the phone they think maybe it's the battery, they sent me a free one but I still have the same issues.
Sometimes I look at my phone and it has already been drained. Then I see that standby has taken up 75% of the battery. Like wtf lol.
Hi guys,
I charged my phone full last night and unplugged it around 8.30am this morning. As you can see from the attached pics, by 12.30pm my battery had reduced to 22%.
The screen time was around 1 hour 20 minutes at this point with voice calls about 10 minutes.
Hey everyone,
Standby time is probably one of the most important features in a ROM/Kernel combination and its idle time is important to me.
This is due to the fact I work most days, until evening and by the time I get home, I have a couple of hours to kill.
Which is usually food, wash and chill.
Hi guys, I'm new to Android as I was an iPhone user from the first gen. I got my S4 2 days ago and I love it, however, the battery life is terrible and I found out that Google Services is using 44% of my battery. Is there some setting I can do to turn it off? I am clueless with this phone so I will need to be spoonfed.
The standby of SGS is great and i love it..
Until i installed GO launcher ex and then its standby is draining battery very fast...
Then i returned to original launcher and the problem resolved..
Now i want GO launcher ex but i want it with no battery drainage...WHAT IS THE PROBLEM????
I m running
