Move From Dreamhost to Linode or Slicehost or Rackspace or Amazon or ... ?
I am now hosting at Dreamhost VPS and everything is always down, can you tell me if things would be better with a cloud at Linode, Rackspace or any other ? What is the cheapest and best service for you ? Also I would like a server that is managed, as I am not an expert...

I'm willing to learn and do some apps with Node.js, but after I looked up for Node Hosting I've found that is quite expensive.
Comparing to PHP, most the times I need to pay for a month with Node what I would pay for a year with PHP.

I deployed a new VPS from DigitalOcean. It has SSH installed, however, the /etc/ssh/ssh_config file does not exist. Indeed /etc/ssh/ is completely empty.
Can I just go ahead and create that file and put in the directives I want, or does this indicate something is wrong? Should I reinstall SSH?

What changes will I need to make, besides getting a separate IP address, so I can host 2 domains on the VPS?
I have a domain hosted on a VPS at Linode (I'm pretty happy with them) and would like to add another domain to the same VPS with its own IP address.
