Is there a tasks app that allows me to import or sync the events on my calendar to it? I wish the native calendar app lets you put tasks instead of events :p

I'm using the Horde framework for web-based e-mail, contacts, calendar, and tasks, and I'd prefer to keep doing that. My Android appears to synchronize the data from all of these apps via its ActiveSync support.
For some reason my S Planner widget on my homescreen only shows events but not tasks created in S Planner.
When I create a task in S Planner it's not visible in the widget but only in the S Planner app itself. I enabled the option in S Planner to view all of my calendars and tasks. Tapping the synchronize option a hundred times also doesn't work.
I have a question on how do you guys sync your calendars btw your phone, outlook and gmail?
As I understand it I cant sync my local calendar (ie My Calendar) on the with the gmail calendar.
Due to that limitation I sync my outlook with my phone via kies.
I use KOrganizer 4.13 with Kubuntu 14.04 Trusty Tahr.
I use my Google-Ressources with the Akonadi-Plugin for tasks and calendar. The calendar works just fine but the tasks do not correctly synchronize: I am able to create a new task but when I check a task as "completed" it will not sync this with Google - which makes the tasks-function rather useless.
I use exchange 2010 at the office and we have outlook 2013 clients. I want to share my emails and calendar and tasks. So I set that up the usual way through outlook, but the other user only sees about half of my tasks. They see the emails and calendar just fine.
