Not sure if anyone of you experienced this problem before.
It occurred to me that my charging from socket is so much slower than normal, thus I downloaded current widget to check the current that is charging, and it turns out that it is charging at USB speed, and in my Battery information in Settings, it is displayed as USB charging instead of AC charging.

I have only had this phone a week and have had multiple problems charging it. I am using the Motorola charger it came with and am charging it in the wall. It will appear as if it is charging but when I get up in the morning it isn't uncommon for the battery to be lower than it was when I started charging it. I have tried other outlets in my house too.
Moto g several times failed to start charging, even it starts then it stuck at 93% and then stops charging. When the charging cable is unplugged it still shows charging...have to restart the phone again and again... any help????
I have been using the Wireless charging pad and card for a few weeks now and love it. I also noticed that the charging pad works with my friends LG Spectrum 2 and a few other devices with the Qi Wireless charging adapter added to it. This is easily the best charging pad there is for the Galaxy S4 and I would recommend it to anyone looking for Wireless charging for any device.

Just installed a wireless charging receiver on my Note 3 and it seems to charge fine on my charging pad. The only problem is sometimes it will stop charging, then immediately reconnect (I get the "Wireless charging now active" dialog box). Then a few seconds later, it will do it again.
This is all with OEM Samsung S5 wall chargers but different 2.0 cables.
I have noticed when using a USB 2.0 cable and I have used an S3 and HTC quality OEM cable's the phone while charging once in a while I hear that sound it makes when you plug in the charging cable to the phone it lights up then shuts off and it might do this a good 3 times before it stops and continues charging, if looking at
