While the Chinese company Huawei has quietly released high-end devices like the Huawei Ascend P1 and the Huawei Ascend D Quad, they are still not a brand on the tip of the average American’s tongue. In an effort to change this, their next move is to produce two devices released by T-Mobile under the “myTouch” name.
Just a quick PSA letting you know that the Samsung Galaxy Note, myTouch, and myTouch Q are all available starting today at T-Mobile.
The Galaxy Note is a little late to the party as Samsung will announce the Galaxy Note 2 in a few weeks. The price is $249.99 after a $50 mail-in-rebate.
T-Mobile announced a new version of its HTC-manufactured MyTouch 3G smartphone featuring a QWERTY keyboard, Android 2.1, and an updated T-Mobile UI layer with a voice-command & Genius Button.& The mid-range MyTouch 3G Slide offers a 3.4-inch touchscreen, WiFi, Bluetooth, a five-megapixel camera, and 8GB of preinstalled memory, says the company....
This is ONLY for the Huawei MyTouch 4G from T-Mobile and also the sliding keyboard version of this phone! This will not work on any other phone!
Remember back when T-Mobile’s Huawei Ascend G312 received FCC certification? I can’t blame you if you don’t so I will give you a refresher. At the time, the device was known to be one of T-Mo’s annual builds of the upcoming 2012 line of myTouch handsets. It was unknown whether it was the QWERTY version or not, but a recent FCC filing makes everything clear now.
I am having to warrenty out my LG mytouch because my power button is broken. I have the option to get the g2 or the same phone. how do they compair? what phone is more robust to handle every day lifes drops, slips, and such? Is the G2 4g like the mytouch? I like that the g2 is a slide out keybored. my mt seemes leggy sometimes and is verry glichy. so, how do they compair?

I have looked long and hard, trying roms from all kinds of similar models. But none of the mytouch models i have found seem to be compadible with the LG-739 Mytouch 4G. If anyone can help me locate any roms for that model, it would be greatly appreciated!

I was gifted a brand new Mytouch Q and I was looking around for root options or at least a forum but couldn't find anything.
If anyone can point me in the right direction it'll be a big help. Thanx in advance.
