I use Windows Live Mail on my desktop and the S Planner calendar on my Samsung Galaxy Note. Is is possible to synchronise them so that an appointment entered, edited or deleted in one does the same in the other?
I have the GS3 phone and the Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet. I have Gmail for personal mail AND a different, Gmail-based account for work mail. Of course, each has a calendar, and I use those calendars from my PC, and those appointments sync seamlessly to both devices. Yay.
However, the default calendar on both the GS3 and the Note is the "My Calendar" calendar.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 running Android version 4.3. I have always used the S Planner app that appears on the home screen. Yesterday I installed the Google Calendar app because one of my calendars was not syncing correctly. It was no different and I decided I liked the S Planner app more and I uninstalled the Google Calendar app. Now my S Planner is empty.
I use S Planner to show my Google calendar and although I have deleted entries in the actual Google calendar and in the linked Thunderbird (Lighting) calendar, these entries will not leave my S Planner. even if I delete them thewre, they come back again. From where are they being restored and how do I stop this as the source for the resteration no longer corresponds to any other record.
I have a Galaxy Note 2 and have been using S-Planner for many months with no problem. I have a whole bunch of calendars (about 15) which sync.
Suddenly a couple of weeks ago, I went into S-Planner and it was blank - no entries in any days at all.
Due to the recent problems with no Sync feature in Kies3, I've had to temporarily resort to using other Apps to sync my S Planner calendar with Microsoft Outlook.
Today Samsung have returned Sync to Kies3, which is great, however...
During my use of one particularly rubbish app (that shall remain unnamed), I now have duplicate entries in S Planner for every single event.
I have a new s4 that has a calendar, but not an s calendar nor an s planner. This means that when I input an appointment, there is no option to set a reminder (it doesn't even show up). When I tried to check the settings for the calendar, there is no "settings" option when I hit the menu. Any ideas? I have no way to be notified of an appointment I set.
