Guys, I am new to XDA and new to Android. I was a blinded iPhone follower until now. I believe that I can do more with an Android phone than my iPhone. I don't think that I will try another iPhone. I thing its time to try something else. Of all the phones out there the one that I like the most is the Galaxy Nexus. I have heard that it is the most customizable phone out there.
Got a nexus 7 tablet for Christmas and fell in love with it. An amazing tablet really. I unlocked my iPhone 4S from AT&T to T-Mobile to save some money every month. Can't stand the Edge speed. I know they are working on their towers, but I can't wait. Anyways, I can't seem to buy the nexus 4 anywhere. Is it sold out everywhere? When will new shipments come in? Thanks.
I will be getting a Nexus 4 this week (on a sim only deal) and I have a couple of questions.
1. How do I get my existing text messages (and contacts) on my iPhone onto the Nexus? Is it possible? Would they be stored on the iPhone sim? The contacts are currently synced to Outlook.
2. I have the pac number to transfer to my Nexus, so that I can keep the same phone number.
Hi all - just signed up. I'm receiving my 10 Monday. I have an Infinity and wanted to give the Nexus 10 shot as it seems like a great tablet. I'm not likely to root either one. Is there anything you all suggest to get the most out of the Nexus 10? I'm fairly new to the tablet world although have owned an android phone for several years.
Thanks!
Just bought a nexus 7, i was looking for a way to answer incoming call from my phone on the tablet... I searched alot, didnt find anything...
I already use desksms to send sms from my nexus 7 and i know there is a apps called tablet talk but it doesnt let you answer call from tablet :s
Sent from my Nexus 7 using xda premium
Hello all. I am in the market for a new tablet and the Nexus 7 has caught my eye. A little background on me, I have been pretty invested in iOS since the initial iPhone and currently have an iPhone 4 and an original iPad. Needless to say I use iTunes pretty heavily. I am a little leary in jumping over to the android platform after all this time spent with iOS.
Hello guys so i want to start by saying i'm coming back to android after a whole year=]. So basically i was the biggest android fan boy, i had about every android phone: G1, G2, Nexus One, Mytouch 4g, Galaxy nexus and the list goes on. I really got bored of android for some reason nothing was really changing so i jumped on the Iphone bandwagon.
Now that a 7-inch, Nexus branded tablet has appeared at the FCC with some updated specs, are you interested in getting a new one? I'm pretty excited as this was exactly what I was waiting for to go full on Google across my devices. I've already ordered a Nexus 4, I currently own a Samsung Chromebook, and now a new Nexus 7 is just around the corner.
Hey guys,
Well, I want to dip my toe in the android ecosystem and I thought the nexus 4 would be a great way to do it.
But I do have some questions before I completely decide on it:
1. I have a iphone 5 that I purchased in October. I have AT&T and am obviously on a brand new 2 year with them now.
