I've installed squid proxy server in Linux centos machine for users.actually problem is when users browse some websites eg : WordPress.org, gravatar.com it loads very slow compare to others sites .my line is 4mbps and only 6 users for it.I've bypassed squid for myself via iptables .so that websites works fine for me but not for who browse via squid ..
since some days I try to get freenx (CentOS package 0.7.3) running under CentOS 6.3. It is like found on many websites: First login is successfull, after that all login attempts fail with the negotiation error.
A simple ssh with the same username to the server is successful.
On my server I have 6 MySQL databases. They all power Wordpress websites. For some reason, 2 of these databases are not accessible. To my knowledge they use INNODB, but I can't confirm it as even doing a:
mysql> use INFORMATION_SCHEMA;
mysql> SELECT * FROM TABLES;
hangs on me. The working databases seem fine (at least the websites are online).
I have been tasked with transferring SSL certificates from one server to another for a website. I know nothing about this but have been reading that if everything is the same on the 2 servers then I should be able to just copy some files. Otherwise I have regenerate something.
The original server is CentOs machine running apache that has several websites on it.
I tired to search around for some simple instructions, but no luck. So please help me.
