Swype Beta for Android
The latest beta version of Swype includes:
-Personal Dictionary Backup & Sync
-Split Keyboard for Tablets
-Keyboard Themes
-Hotwords
This is the Swype beta for Android OS. It can be used in any roms (also in stock rom). This is for Swype lovers who can't get Swype in their roms.
I've upgraded from the Captivate to the Galaxy S3, and I used MyBackup Pro to save/restore the pictures from the Captivate to the Galaxy.
Although the Galaxy's Gallery sees the Captivate pictures and gives a correct count of them, it can't display them.
my samsung captivate glide will constantly turn off an back on literally every five second. ive reset the phone, deleted every single app on the phone, ive cleared all the memory an it still cuts off and then back on every five seconds. im not on a plan anymore so what do i do?:mad:
How to root samsung captivate i897 running gingerbread 2.3.5 so far I have tried to use z4root and superoneclick which didn't work I'm not finding much info on how to do this on any websites so thought I'd finally post and hope someone can help me.

I've gotten a lot of help today here and I'm thankful, but I'm still stuck.
Before getting into this, let me first state I'm no novas to roming but for some reason this Samsung Captivate is fighting me left and right.

Appreciate the forums and have read a TON of them over the weekend. Long story, short.
1. Rooted my Captivate successfully via Odin and a XDA tutorial (a kk4 stock kernel tar and a I-897 Design Gears tar file (worked great!) Backed up via Titanium.
2.Then tried to flash a new rom.

I started with an Eternity and then the Captivate. I currently have an ATT i717 Note that I love. I am here to discover new, interesting tweaks for my phone.
Anyone else having a problem with Swype and formatting on evernote after the latest update?
Had to switch to SwiftKey. Which sucks, because I've got about 500 very specialized words in my Swype dictionary, and I use dragon a lot.
Oh well. If they respond to this as fast as they respond to suggestions... I'll probably be on SwiftKey for a long time.

Hello good evening to all, the reason for this is that I have tried countless times to activate the swap on my captivate captivate and I have failed, I have cwm 7.2 if someone could give me a guide about making the swap would appreciate it , this is the error that I receive from swapper
