I'm learning the network basics at my university this semester. I had a question on the mid-term exam and unfortunately ,I answered it wrong. I have a final exam about an hour from now, and I still don't know what the correct answer of that question is. However, here is my question:
A network of several PCs, switches, and one router. PC 1 has a MAC
address X.
How can I see the MAC address table of a Windows network bridge?
Is it possible trough command line to find this information?
EDIT: I am interested to see the same table that it is possible to see in the managed switches (e.g. like the Cisco's show mac-address-table or Linux brctl showmacs br0)
I have 6 Juniper switches (EX - 2200) connected to each other as shown in the network topology below.
I have two PC's that I am using
PC1 - (used for configuring the 6 switches via minicom) PC2 - to monitor the traffic between the switches via the Ports that are marked with arrows in the diagram.
STEP 1:
I create a new vlan On Switch 3 (SW3) that includes Port 12 and Port 22.
I also assign l3-
We have 3 different types of switches in our network.
All of our IP Phones are running on HP 2520-24 PoE switches.
Our primary backbone is "supposed to be" running on Netgear GS748T switches.
Our OLD switches are Dell PowerConnect 2848. These need to be removed.
I've drawn two diagrams (below).

Configuring Cisco switches is much easier to routers. Layer 3 switches are designed to route packets between different LAN segments similarly to dedicated routers. However, Layer 3 switches do not completely replace the need for routers on a network. How to configure a Cisco layer 3 switch?...
We are planning to purchase new switches for our network. We have three buildings in the same area that are all connected by fiber. Our main building is very large and needs to be connected by fiber from north to south.
Juniper this week unveiled a version of its fabric switches for mid-sized data centers and also increased the scalability of its core Ethernet switches.
Can someone help me with the answer? Thanks in advance
