I'm just wondering if anyone else has this problem. So, for a long time now, my phone will randomly act funny when trying to longpress things on the keyboard when typing. It is random and does not always occur. It has happened in Swiftkey X, Swiftkey 3 Beta, Swiftkey 3, Froyo stock keyboard, ICS stock keyboard, and now Jellybean stock keyboard. I am currently running the Toasted Marshmellow rom.
The stock Android keyboard continues to go from strength to strength, the steady progress was further reinforced with a pretty solid update baked into Jelly Bean 4.1. The latest update to the stock keyboard brought with it improved auto-correction as well as a nifty auto-prediction feature that learns your typing habits and appears to know what you’re writing even before you do.
Not too long ago SwiftKey showed of its new keyboard, appropriately titled SwiftKey Flow. There’s still no word on beta invites, but today we’ve got a new video showing a pretty unique, new feature in the keyboard. While typing out words, you can trace down to the spacebar and then keep going with the next word. No need to lift your finger at all for your sentences.
Ok, so my wife insisted on a phone with a physical keyboard so I got her the Strat 2. She likes it and it's pretty smooth, but lately, the keyboard doesn't respond. The default keyboard is set to SwiftKey, which I love on my Razr Maxx. Even if she switches from the virtual one to the physical one, nothing responds. She types, but nothing appears in the text box.

Hello,
Is there any way to remove indic keyboard? I do not speak the languages it uses nor have any plans to learn them yet my keyboard (swiftkey) keeps booting up with indic keyboard running. I suppose another solution would be, does anyone know a good keyboard? Similar to the HTC default except with easy access to a question mark and emoticons?
Users of the ever-popular keyboard app, SwiftKey, are reporting problems after updating their devices to Android 4.2. For many users, the keyboard disappeared entirely from devices after installing the Android 4.2 update.
I know a lot of you have been testing the Beta version of SwiftKey Flow, but it’s now available to all as part of the new SwiftKey 4. Now if you’re already a user of SwiftKey Pro, you don’t need to worry about the promo price since it’s a free upgrade to existing users.
It appears that SwiftKey is just getting better and better. Today the 3rd-party keyboard developer has announced in Barcelona that it will release the keyboard SDK for use by device and handset manufacturers. The SDK isn’t just for Android folks either as it will also be available for a slew of other OS’ including iOS, QNX/BlackBerry 10, OS X, Windows, etc. As Dr.
