Swap file problem F12

http://forums.fedoraforum.org – I recently when through an exercise to shrink my Fedora 12 partition and lv from 200gb to 100gb. It took me a while to figure out all the things I had to do but I was successful, did not destroy my data and reclaimed 100mb for another OS. During the process I used LV Manager to delete my lv_swap from the end of the partition and move it right after lv_root so I would have contiguous space. I named it the same and did not change anything else. I noticed swap was not getting loaded and if I check swapon -s nothing is listed. If I issue swapon -a is get: Quote: read swap header failed: Invalid argument and it lists exactly the right name as far as I can tell. I am guessing this process was not exactly right but LV manager created the lv_swap as filesystem type swap so I thought it would work. I think the swap area did not get formatted and is probably containing some old ext4 stuff but not sure. Any ideas on the best way to fix this? Thanks! (HowTos)
