suspend button for Openbox

http://crunchbanglinux.org – On both of the machines on which I've very recently installed #!, "Suspend" (or "Sleep") isn't among the options offered by typing Super-X. Googling quickly shows that this is a common complaint. I tried to look at recent (Debian-era) solutions. Both the early 2011 thread here "openbox-logout + suspend / hibernate" and the June '11 Linux Made Easy article "Crunchbang Statler - Enable Suspend Button on Exit" both explain how to fix this by editing /usr/bin/openbox-logout (of course assuming that such a file already exists), but the machine (HowTos)
