http://androidforums.com – Hello So i just purchased a galaxy note Gt-N7000 only to find out i cant get 4g on it from tmobile or any other company. Tmobile is giving real bad service so i want to change. Att said there prepaid go phone plans will not work on my note but i know they will as i have read through these forums. H2O also offers 4g but cell phone stores keep giving mixed info. Some say it will stay on edge network which i dont want because its slow others say it will be on 3g..i also know bg reading through this forum that people have gotten it to work on 4g..how can i do that? and can someone please straig (General)

It's official, TMobile has cut the galaxy note out. Why? Probably has to do with the fact that the note 2 is around the corner. And I waited all this time for the note to come out on TMobile! Late to the party note, thanks. Although I did get a note and I love it for it's huge display and stylus, there is nothing else impressive about this phone.

So just wondering is it possible for the t mobile galaxy note be converted to an att galaxy note? reason why im curious is because technically if they were the same phone or at least if we could turn our phones into att galaxy note wouldnt that also mean we could run att roms on our galaxy note? Has anyone tried flashing the tmobile note with an att rom, then flashing the modem over ?

I am getting a Note I now I am getting confused with mixed reviews of N7000 and I717 Hardware seems good with N717(N.America ATT Version) but there seems lack of software dev on it! I dont need LTE at all!

Can someone suggest which one to go with?

I already own a iPhone i am just getting note for an productivity!

I recently purchased a samsung galaxy note n7000 in Hong Kong.

i purchased it from a store that imports international n7000 from europe and told me he did something to the phone to add the chinese language. i cared less because i don't speak chinese and won't use it anyway.

after doing some research, i think he rooted the phone or something.

I'm using the galaxy Note From AT&T unlocked with (Enable AWS band (3g/4g Tmobile) on ATT Note 2 stock baseband) but im not getting the same signal that i had when i had a galaxy note 2 from tmobile

alright team - i probably did some really stupid stuff - but i would really appreciate any help. i was trying to root my phone and here is what i did / happened:
