Support Texting Issue on TB

http://androidforums.com – I've searched for a similar problem and couldn't find one, so here goes. All help will be greatly appreciated. My daughter has a stock TB and is using Handcent for texting. This issue occurs with both the stock texting app and Handcent. She has one friend that she knows is sending her texts, but she isn't receiving them. I thought that maybe he was just through with her and wasn't sending anything, but he called her and wanted to know why she wasn't replying to his texts. We are in NC and he is in CA (if that makes any difference.) I have checked her blacklist and there is nothing on i (General)

Hi everybody little problem I have had today I can't seem to open texts from the stock texting app . I can only view them on handcent seems to work now . Anybody have a clue why this is happening ?. I called VM and they didn't help they said they're sending me a new phone that wasn't the solution I was hoping for though , thanks . Tony

I was wondering if anyone knew of any good texting apps?? I used to use handcent but with its new update its slow and ugly and gosms doesnt work for me, when i receive a text it wont vibrate..... the old handcent worked perfect.

Hey guys. I'm new here and I'm having a problem with my Google voice texting on jbsourcery v5.2. I use handcent to send texts and when I click on the little microphone icon to voice text, nothing happens. Thought it may have been Google voice and when i went to update it from the play store, it said package wasn't signed correctly.

Is there a way such as the jailbroken iPhone app BiteSMS that allows sending and replying to texts from anywhere on the phone?

I've had my number enabled with Google Voice for a while now.

Ive recently noticed an issue where the SMS app on my phone, whether it be stock, handcent, chomp, etc, will not receive the texts, but the GV app will. I go into settings in GV, and choose Messaging app to receive texts.

I have an Evo3d running android 4.1 and I can't find out how to get group messaging to display all texts that belong to one conversation in a single thread. Most of my friends have iPhones and group text me. Each of their responese are shown in separate threads under their respective names rather than being shown under one group thread like gmail groups emails.

So majority of my friends have iphones and are always group texting and include me in the group texting as well. Now when they send texts to one another with their iphones the messages all get displayed in one box of messages in comparison to me getting multiple texts from everyone in the group chat and it gets confusing whose talking to who lol.

My daughter's Samsung Fascinate (Telus) phone - but using Petro Canada Mobility SIM - was having texting glitches. She decided to do a factory reset, but now the problem is that she can only receive, not send ANY texts. All messages come in but trying to reply gets a "failed" message.
