Im having the usual problems with my Galaxy Ace(Gingerbread 2.3.3) having run out of internal memory. Ive successfully rooted the phone and installed both ES File Explorer and Root Explorer both of which show loads of options but Im not sure what I need to do next to solve my memory problems!!
I have an LG -E405 phone running Android 2.3.6.
As can be seen here, the phone has 1GB internal memory and 384Mb RAM.
When I look at default App manager, this is what I get,
RAM - 231Mb
System Memory - 157 Mb.
Internal Memory - 378Mb.
SD Card - 2Gb.
Also, all the applications I install, by default take up space from System memory.
Many tutorials explain about moving apps from internal memor
I have had my Commando rooted since new (M080) and use Titanium Pro for managing the apps, but for some reason, even with as many apps moved to the SD card as possible, I still have a memory issue on the phone.
I was having low memory issue but I have managed to move apps sd card on my rooted htc explorer. Now I have 125Mb of free internal storage but the notification of low memory is still there in the upper left corner. How to get rid of it?

Hi people.
Recently,i rooted my L7 with ics v10h.
I installed CPU Master Free to set cpu maxim and mininum, but still has lag and is very slowly.
Aslo, i installed Memory Booster Lite or RAM Optimizer and it's incredible what i saw:
Code:
Total memory: 409 MB
Free Memory: 127 MB
Used Memory: 282 MB
This is my memory ram.
Sometimes I feel my computer is slowing down after being used for several hours. I am using Windows XP Sp3. Every program is running very slow and non responsive. Then I try to use this free memory booster software called Uniture Memory Booster.
I have read that linux uses free memory for caching, to make system faster. However, both Nagios and Paessler PRTG monitoring system show me that my memory usage is critical.
I could change Nagios mem_usage script to sum free and cached memory, but would that be correct information? I doubt that they misunderstood Linux memory usage.
Lets say I have 8 GB RAM.
Hi,
I have a weird problem with my S2 running samsung stock ICS 4.0.3. i have been using sgs2 for over a year now and whenever my free internal storage goes below 2.5GB i move the apps to SD card. But now No. of apps in SDcard has hit the Android limit so i simply delete the Apps. But off late that is not freeing up my internal memory.
