Okay 3 weeks ago my one yr old threw my samsung s4 in the Brazos river , I came home placed it in rice, a day later ,phone turned on and worked great for 2 weeks until i was walking to my bedroom, dropped my phone , cracked the glass and screen. I took the phone to a phone repair place ,who in-turn replaced the whole screen ($200 w/6 mth warranty).
The glass seems to be separating from the phone. I assume it's the adhesive that holds it in place. I'm not quite sure what caused this. I took it to the Sprint store and tried my best to get them to replace it, but they said it is a Samsung issue and not theirs.
I replaced my touch screen due to me cracking it, the screen was still fully operational prior to replacement.
Once a genuine HTC screen had been replaced the phone would switch on as usual, but i was unable to use the touch function. I presumed there was a fault with the screen so had it replaced for a 2nd, and i still have the same problem.
does anyone know a reputable company that carry out screen repairs. I have a DGM T-909 9" tablet with a cracked screen. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact DGM to enquire about a repair (both by phone and email) but no joy so I need to try elsewhere - any suggestions?
Hey everybody, It is my mistake that yesterday my new bought Nexus 5 fell to the ground and the glass screen cracked , and now it displays nothing, I want to buy this OEM replacement screen to DIY repair it, as previously I had DIY replaced iPhone 5 battery successfully.
I want to know is it hard to DIY Repair the Nexus 5 Screen...................
Unfortunately I dropped my phone on Saturday, it land perfectly upside down ( as in top bezel of the phone, not on the screen face) and my screen has died. I can turn the phone on and the led just flashes between blue and green, nothing else happens. Guy at carphone warehouse reckons the screen has just disconnected, anyone else have any thoughts?
I am not sure who or where to send my tablet to get the screen repaired. There isn't a warranty on it or anything so I'll have to pay full price on a brand new screen and repair costs. Anyone have any advice on where to go or send it?
My s3 has been back from the samsung repair shop for just over a week (they replaced the insane chip) and it has developed another fault
A white line has appeared across the screen yesterday. Hasn't been dropped, scratched etc. When I take a screenshot the line doesn't show up. As soon as you turn the fone on it's there. I'm pretty p*ssed off.
