Support Screen flickers and turns dark in camera mode

http://androidforums.com – I got my Droid DNA a week ago and as I was trying out the camera last night, the screen faded out and turned into a bunch of lines and just froze there. Pressing the hard buttons didn't work but when I turned the screen off and turned it back on, everything was fine. It only happened 2-3 times when I shot the camera under 4:3 ratio instead of 16:9 (widescreen). The screen froze when I went to gallery from camera. I actually tried to take a screenshot when the screen froze but when I looked back at the screenshot, it was normal as if I took a screenshot when using my camera. I have set the rat (General)

Why does the N4's camera freeze up once in a while? Sometimes I take it out and just want to take a simple pic, but it doesn't want to take a shot. I have to hard boot the phone in order for the camera to work.

Last night I used my N4 to take pics at night. Instead of taking a picture the camera flash turned on and stayed on until i went to the home screen.

My phone is turned on for hours, then i was going to use my camera. When i tap on my camera icon , my camera just show a black screen and a notice saying "Camera failed", anybody here knows why?

I really need help. Tried reset factory settings but it didn't work. Everytime I open my camera it gives me "Unfortunately, camera has stopped" now when I open any app which includes camera like InstGram, when I click on the camera icon to upload a photo.

hi guys..I'm new here..have this problem with my tablet..it always shows camera failed everytime I open it..i've tried almost anything to revive it..

here's what happened..

1. I've upgraded to custom ROM using cm nigtly release..(forgot what version)..then camera failed..

2. Restock it with the orig ROM 2.3.3 gingerbread using ODIN..still camera failed

Unable To Use Main Camera! 2 weeks 1 day ago

So I bought this broken HTC EVO 4G LTE on ebay and seller described that the phone fell of his pocket while riding a motorcycle and so the glass and digitizer broke (which doesn't matter for now), he also said that the Main/Rear camera stop working after a week of the accident.

I've recently replace the LCD on the my vibrant and since then I can't get the camera working. I touch the icon, lhe camera app load with a black screen. I have Odin back to stock still the same problem.. So I've purchased a camera and installed and I have the same problem.

Is there anything else I could do?
