Support Phone Restarting continuously

http://androidforums.com – Hi all, My phone Xperia Ray is getting restarted continuously. I searched many discussions and everyone is suggesting to reset the phone to factory settings. But how can i reset it ??? Because the phone is showing the unlock screen just for a second and restarts. Also it is not detected by the computer. I'm in trouble. Is there Any solution friends ??? Atleast to backup the contacts. Thank you (General)

Hey Everyone, I have a huge problem. My phone will not go past the Boost start up logo and just keeps restarting itself. This is the 2nd phone doing it. The first phone I had for 3 weeks before it started, I've only had the replacement phone for 1 week.

So i searched the site for a while and could not find anything on how to get back information (really only pictures) after I Reset my phone back to factory. For some reason or another my phone would not allow me to sign in through Gmail even after talking with Google on the phone and confirming my email my locked phone would not unlock.

This is an odd problem I'm not sure I've seen anyone else have. So I rooted my phone and of course almost immediately un-installed something I shouldn't have. I can open up my contacts but if I select one, contacts closes itself. I've done a soft and hard factory reset, but that's obviously not going to restore a lot of the stuff that was on there to begin with.

First lets understand what a factory reset does. It removes all USER DATA and restores the phone back to factory settings providing that the phone is not rooted. User data is defined as apps, call logs, contacts, and anything else the user has placed in the phones memory. Stuff that is on the SDCARD is not affected by a factory reset.

Hi everyone I bought an Xperia Play 2 months ago and I kind of messed up with it so I just wanna know if I Factory Reset my phone will I lose the preloaded games on my phone such as The Sims 3, Bruce Lee, Crash Bandicoot etc. ? Just in case I already backed upy contacts, pic etc. Any help will be appreciated! Thanks (=

Problem after factory reset 7 weeks 1 day ago

Recently I factory reset the phone after I was unable to store new contacts and the phone was showing the wrong time. After factory resetting the phone, it wont detect any sim card. I am unable to turn on bluetooth and wifi. I am not sure if I still have proper root access or not, but superuser application is present.

I am using an Aoson S100 smartphone. The phone is with Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread. I have the phone since July, but for the past week it has a strange bug: The Android automatically restarts when i try to set a new alarm clock.

Hello again! Once again I come here to ask for your help for a problem. the few days since this part my phone has been behaving strangely. Every day at around 1am in the morning the phone it makes alone a factory reset losing all contacts, calendar entries, messages and call log, forcing me to constantly back up all contacts.

After reading that others have the same issues as I do with ICS (bad battery life, wifi connection problems, and the phone being sluggish) and a factory reset is the "fix" for this, I went ahead and did a factory reset. Surprisingly, the phone had automatically backed up everything..
