I have had my phone for about two years and I have had few problems with it. Last week it started acting up, and since then, no matter how many times I restart it, it won't "find" my SD card. It does the scan and doesn't register the card, but the card works fine on my laptop.
I have an laptop with OS Ubuntu 12.04. I am using an internet dongle(data card) for internet connection. I just purchased a new android phone(HTC ONE V). I want to share my internet connection of laptop with my android phone.
Hey there fellow member.
I was really happy when i bought my new phone (Samsung Nexus S) and really want to explore it and see what the phone can do! So... i plugged in the battery, opened the phone, and all was fine. Since i connected the wifi it asked me to update to ICS rom 4.0.4, and i said, sure why not? The rom when was finished from download asked me to restart the phone.
So I'm in Canada with Telus as my carrier. My Samsung Nexus s acted up and was crap so they sent me a new phone. Then my old one was starting to work again. So this phone sat in a box unopenned for about a year. Finally my original phone crapped out.
So I have been using the new phone for a while now and have never received an update.
High density phone devices now support tablet size and phone. I have an app in the marketplace and I need to update the phone project to support 4.2, but its overriding the tablet version 4.2 They both have the same package name. Thanks
Downloaded an app called Gingerbreak, guess it roots your phone. Now a friend told me never root your phone through an app and the phone reset itself and its back to new.
My about phone menu is now saying:
android version 2.2.2
kernel version 2.6.32.9 (didn't have before the reset)
Soooo my phone reset, but I still have the Superuser app that I guess came with the Gingerbreak root.
On my Android phone* I have three sets of contacts: the SIM card, the phone itself, and Google(R). Can someone explain how all of these interact with each other?
My previous phone was a park-it-pc with win-doze 6.1. I had all of my contacts on SIM, the phone, and whatever ActiveSync does. When I got my 'droid, I simply moved the SIM card and started using the phone.
hi all
have got some photos on my kies program that where originally on my phone that I wish to transfer back to my Ace
when connected to kies I plug in my phone via USB--- then the SD card (2gb) seems to unmount itself (all my apps that are on my phone screen disappear to just a green box with the android 'robot' on it) and the photos that i need on my phone wont go to SD card(as phone thinks S
My LG Optimus Black phone will not charge. i've tried my charger with a different phone and it works, but no charger will charge my phone. I don't know what's wrong with the phone or know how much it would cost to get it fixed. Also when the phone over-heats or hasn't been used for a while, the phone doesn't respond properly.
