Until recently when I updated to Kies_2.5.0.12094_28_8 I have had no problems what so ever with my phone or Kies.

(A note, when I plug the phone to my laptop without Kies started, I can browse my phones content.

Hey everyone, I am trying to connect my GS2 on ics to kies via wifi to transfer music. Ever since the update there is no option to connect to kies via wifi. Anyone have any clue as to how to get my phone to connect via wifi to kies?

After updating with XWLSD 4.1.2 JB Stock ROM, I am unable to connect my phone with KIES.

1. Cable is original supplied with the phone 2. I uninstalled and re-installed KIES 3. It is charging in USB mode 4. Have ran KIES troubleshooting, it reinstalled the drivers, but no result 5.

Can anyone assist me with this please?

When I first connected my Note to a PC with a USB cable, I could see and browse the phone with Windows Explorer.

Since installing Kies Air on my PC I can no longer see the phone in the Explorer Tree nor can I connect via USB using Kies.

Kies has automatiocally re-installed USB drivers but this hasn't helped.

Every time I start up my laptop a popup asks whether I want to send a Kies Air message.

NOt only do I not want to send a message b ut want Kies Air removed from my laptop.

But the all the resulting file does is install USB drivers.

My Note N7000(unroot) is running with stockrom ICS 4.0.4 up by OTA.

When I check update,have a update package with size 26,36MB =>Download :

I'm from India and using Galaxy S3 now.

My phone (Galaxy S3) fails to recognize on Kies. I'm doing everything correct , but still it is not showing in Kies.

Previously it worked for me, but now its not at all.

Kies show this error message :- "Unable to connect to GT-I9300.Failed to retrieve device information."

I've installed all the drivers successfully.

Hi All, maybe someone can help. Just bought Ace 2 and linked to Kies. When I go for Samsung Apps, Kies says these are not compatable with my device? What should I do? My phone has an icon call Samsung Apps, so I thought I could access these via Kies. Any thoughts? Tks Glen
