I have the S3 with Jelly Bean 4.1 and I love it. When I turn off my phone I usually press and hold the phones power button on the right side until a window pops up giving me several options (Power off, airplane mode, silent, etc.).
Hey all,
My Admire has started to act all wonky. It's been shutting down on its own for awhile now, but never thought anything of it. But now it's gotten to the point where it does it constantly. Also, my power button doesn't really work, it won't lock the phone. And then there's the issue of the home button... I press it.. it gives me the option to Power off, airplane mode, or silent mode. Oh!
this is my 2nd post here hope you guys can help me :(

Really just an observation, but having been on Froyo (Bionix 1.3.1) for nearly two years now, and having missed out on GB, ICS, and JB, I'm curious as to why the option to disable mobile data or "Data network mode" was removed from the power menu option.
I m using photon on gsm network. I want to know is there any way.to keep the phone in gsm mode by default? It seems the phone goes back to cdma mode if its out of network for long duration. Can anyone help with build.prop edit? I'm currently using cm7

My phone is stuck in Odin Mode and it gives a message that says that firmware upgrade encountered a problem and to connect it to Kies, I have tried holding the volume buttons at the same time as the power button to go into recovery mode but it doesn't work, it shows the samsung logo for less than a second and goes back to Odin Mode.
Hello, need help!
Hello, I have a Droid Razr Maxx (CDMA) and I'm in some deep trouble. I tried flashing the fastboot 6.12.173 file and the flash failed. What's even worse, is my phone is stuck in the AP Fastboot. Here is what the screen says:
AP Fastboot Flash Mode (S) (Flash Failure)
0A.6C
To return to normal mode - first press power key to power down.
Device is LOCKED.
MY galaxy s2 has problems with powering off every now and then. it was really bad at one point where all it was doing is turning on and rebooting right after. i had a custom rom for months and never had problems until yesterday. i couldnt go on recovery mode because it would always restart every five seconds.
Hold power button down. When Power Off comes up on screen, long hold it and safe mode option will come up. To get out of it, simply power off and restart phone.
