Ok this is just plain stupid which I have no excuse of (except I was tired). I was trying to reconfigure my Xperia Ray for my father and deleted some apps from the root system folder (GB2.3.4). I ended up deleted them all (/system/apps) and now it loops at the boot up screen. Since it won't boot properly, WotanClient doesn't work either so I can't reflash it.

I have a rooted mytouch q slide from t-mobile. I was playing around with it and deleted some crap using one of the root uninstallers. Everything was fine but then i downloaded a new keyboard app and after playing with it...it froze. On reboot it force closes "com.android.phone" which leaves me with these barebones apps and I can't make phone calls.

Any suggestions on how to install the .apk?
Stupid me deleted the com.android.launcher2 apk file (located in system/app) thinking that my tablet will boot with another launcher I installed and now it doesn't boot up (gets stuck in loading screen).
Now, the tablet's chinese, so I haven't installed a custom bootloader.
