I have an AT&T Note 3 that i rooted using the towelroot method when it was first released. It's my first phone I've ever rooted. I'm trying to return it to stock, or at least get all of my data off of it 100% so I can resell the device, as I now have the Note 4. I read that I need to encrypt the device storage, and then restore to factory defaults.
I have to encrypt my D850 for work purposes. The only ROM that has successfully worked is the Deadly Venom ROM.
I'd like to try some others out there but for some reason I can't get them to encrypt - they just sit at the encryption screen with nary an update.
Any help or guidance on which ROM's do successfully encrypt would be appreciated.
I was trying to encrypt my entire HD today, but I was unable to find any programs that would completley encrypt my entire hard drive. It appears I am able to encrypt a single folder, but not the entire thing! I don't want to reinstall on this computer. Is there anything else I can do?
Last year, Samsung announced the Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet alongside the Note 3. This time around, though, the Note 4 was unveiled next to a few other devices, but no new Note tablet showed up. Since Samsung has a larger 12-inch Note tablet and the relatively new Galaxy Tab S lineup, it seemed possible that the 2014 Galaxy Note 10.1 would be the last of its kind.
