Just got this tablet and dock, which as a combo is incredibly sexy... I have many thoughts about this device which I would love to share later, but for now I have to know if your dock behaves like mine:
When I insert the tablet into the dock, i initially get no recognition. If i plug it in to the charger while docked, it instantly recognizes it.
Bought an Ibolt dock for my S3, was working perfectly with ICS. Installed the official JB update and the dock no longer charges my S3 when connected?
Anyone else noticed this?
Ps. It's definitely not faulty, phone charges normally.
I have a Galaxy Nexus on Sprint running Android 4.2.1. I use an LG Tone bluetooth headset when walking around during the day, and I have the Nexus car dock with the Pogo Pins for connecting the charger and audio out to my car's aux in.
I'm thinking of buying the official Samsung Dock Charger for S3
which has a separate compartment for spare battery. I was wondering if we can charge only the spare battery without the phone connected to the dock charger

So I got my N7 dock (ordered on Sunday, arrived Weds).
Overall, it feels nice. Weighted enough so it is stable with the N7 in it. pogo pins mate up easily. Charges the N7 just fine assuming you have a decent charger plugged in. Pretty well made.
The N7 drops into daydream mode when you put it in the dock. Not exactly what I want.
Hi guys I am looking for a charging dock for my Samsung galaxy s 3. However, this is the problem I want a dock that would fit my phone with an otterbox on it. I have the commuter series otterbox. Most of the dock I found say that they would fit with cases. But would the dock fit my case.
anyone tried to hack the dock to be able to use the BT with another phone or give it any other usage?
i have my old dock without any use and it's a fine piece of hardware.
Guys, I need a desktop dock for an elderly Woman. It needs to fit the phone (with a TPU case) in verticle mode. Be easy to drop the phone in and remove it. Needs to be stable, so it doesn't wobble around with her shaky hands.
Otherwise, all it needs to do is charge or have a microUSB port. Nothing else fancy.
Any suggestions?
