Well...I woke up and switch on the tablet and A DEAD PIXEL APPEARED! :(
I got my tablet for like 8 month now and was wondering do you guys have dead pixel(s) over time? Well I'm rooted and have my bootloader unlocked so I can't return for warranty and for 1 dead pixel lol doesn't seems reasonable xD

So I just noticed a dead pixel on the left middle hand side of my n7 while viewing a black picture should I take it back to office depo and get a new one or should I not worry about it , I have never had this problem before.

How can I spot a dead pixel? There is a small black spot on my tablet which doesn't appear to be going away.
What is the cause also?

Hi folks,
Just purchased a new Samsung 24" display, model 2494HM. I need to test it for dead pixels. Because the shop didn't test it, saying that if there are more than 3 dead pixels, Samsung will replace a new LCD display within 7 days.
Google "how to test LCD display" found following link;
LCD dead pixel test - Dead Pixels Test
Hi fokes,
I discovered a dead pixel in my screen and i want to send my htc one back for repair.
I already rooted the device and its running a custom rom. So heres the problem.
How do i completely turn the device back to stock. How to get rid of " relocked" ? Is it even possible (yet) ? And will it be?
Thanks !!!

Hello hello!
This has nothing to do with the kindle, besides that it's on the kindle, but it's general knowledge and being in tech for years I feel like I should really know this, but never having issues with them, I do not!
Okay, so my Kindle Fire 2 has, what I thought, was a dead pixel.
Here's the fun part, only ever had this on ONE thing with a screen I have ever owned, good luck I sup
I really don't want to download any app because this saves it to my history of downloads. I don't want to accumulate a huge list of apps on that history list. So does anyone here have any other suggestions for detecting dead pixels on the screen?
Hi, I've got samsung captivate glide with samoled screen, and when I was in CWMR a red hot pixel showed up (btw CWMR is all in blue).. it's super bright and annoying, I can't send this phone on warranty because I don't live in US.. I also read that I can't fix it.
