hi all the experts on this forum!
i have galaxy y duos pro for last 15days, and vodafone 3g plan subscription.
Problem description:
when i telther my android using wi-fi or usb, its working fine for some time (5 to 10 minute) and then the phone looses internet connectivity for 6 to 8 second and then automatically gets connected.
I have this issue that has caused me to pound my head against the wall. I am writing a newspaper app that parses data in JSON from a database and displays it. The app works fine and passes data on WiFi and 4G, but chokes on 3G. Most of the time it takes between 30 seconds and 1 minute to grab data on 3G while only taking one to two seconds on WiFi.
This issues just happened a few days ago, and I honestly have no idea why. Here are the issues.
> Unable to do drop down notifications
What I mean by this is I can't do the traditional swipe down from status bar to reveal notifications. However, this does work when my phone is in landscape mode.
Hi Just wondering if anyone else has been having this issue.
Phone was working absolutly fine untill the portico update popped up (uk ee). update completed fine and phone restarted.
But since then i have been losing my signal totally, mostly when the phone goes into standby.
The only way to get it back was to restart the phone.
Last Friday and Saturday I began having some serious issues with my phone. The SIM Card would randomly disconnect and reconnect and my phone would randomly restart. Starting yesterday, this issue no longer occurs, but I am unable to get any data on my phone. WiFi works perfectly, but 2g, 3g, and 4g never connect.
Long story short -- we have 2 webservers (IIS 6) that run a 3rd party asp.net application. Randomly (so far) they just...stop working. I have an outside check that will tell me when it stops working within a minute or so. Right now I have to get onto the machines through RDP and issue an iisreset.
We've got a SonicWall NSA2400 configured with a LAN (X0) and a WAN(X1) interface.
It was setup and working fine until just recently when a temporary worker changed some settings most likely NAT.
We can ping on the LAN just fine, we also have another FW setup that works just fine with internet connectivity so we know that's not the issue.
Pinging between the two firewalls work fine and also inbetw
In the last 36 hours I've had an issue with Facebook giving me network errors. It's only happening on my Nexus 10 (my phone running ICS works fine). When I get the error I can check other network connected apps and they work fine. To get Facebook working again I have to close it out, swipe it out of the task list, and restart it.
