http://androidforums.com – Hi, I had previously bought one and it worked great. I loved the phone, but due to some water damage it finally died on me. I recently purchased a new one off a friend, which was listed as unlocked. After putting the SIM card in, it seems to work great, although after usage I have discovered the network randomly cuts out. It will drop calls, or not let me make them at all. The data won't work. I am on Rogers, I even purchased a new SIM card, but can't figure out the issue. A friend seemed to think that it is "simlocked" and im lucky to get signal at all. Another thought I had was a f (General)

I have returned to American from studying in the UK for a year. I brought my I9100 with me, and I purchased it in the UK on the Vodafone network.

Now that I am back, I went to AT&T to get a SIM and start using my old saved number. They let me try putting one of their SIM's in my phone before I purchased, and it locked onto H+ data. Great I thought!

I have an annoying issue with my HTC Sensation XE. Every five days or so it appears that my data connection is still active (i.e. I have the "H" or "3G" icons active), but when I browse or use FB I get network errors, unable to connect. The wi-fi connection works OK when this happens.

In order to fix this, I have to turn off the phone and remove the SIM card.

Hello, I have a factory unlocked I9300 for international use. When I purchased the phone everything worked great, one day I decided to Root my phone so I went through all the steps, no problem again everything is working great I upgraded from 4.0 to 4.1.1 without any issues.

I am completely confused, I don't play or mess with the programming part of any phone.This is my first phone that has required me to have a sim card personally i dont like it at all.. So i have purchased a droid bionic(verizon) I have Purchased a H20 wireless sim card. i have bypassed the setup screen with the android on it.

I got a SGH T989 and got it unlocked for use in India..worked great for 2 months and then i rooted,flashed AOKP jellybean using CWM....after that, worked great for 1 month... Now the problem is that.....

My phone shows full signal and in the "about phone" menu,the signal strength is -100dBm BUT i cannot make calls and i'm out of coverage area for others..

i have CM10 running on my RAZR MAXX. and everything works great except for i keep losing signal. i have 1 bar. no 3G or 4G. i did something where i put in "*#*#4636#*#*" in the Dialer then i changed it to "GSM only". waited a few seconds. then switched it to "LTE/GSM/CDMA auto" and it worked once. until i restarted my phone. now i cant get it to work again.

Hello, I just purchased a samsung 1727 actually my Infuse quit on me so my friends over at Asurion (At&t's insurance ppl) sent me the skyrocket as my replacement phone. My question is when I placed my personel SIM card and another sim (both have data plans btw) into the 1727 i noticed I didnt have a data network outside my wifi coverage area. This wasnt an issue with the infuse .
