Hi everyone.
I'd like to start out by saying i love my phone. Unfortunately, I dont like the way it has been acting in the past couple months. Aside from constant app crashes (6-10 daily!) my phone has altogether stopped charging. Thinking it was the charger, I tried my charger in a friends phone. It worked. So i tried using other chargers. No success.
Hi,
I bought my GSM galaxy nexus about 2 months back. I unlocked bootloader, rooted and installed stock JB, with franco.kernel. It worked fine for maybe a month. Then, charging the battery started maxing out at lower than 100%. Now, it does not ever charge beyond 82-83%. (in battery settings, it shows "82% - Not Charging" even with the stock chrger plugged in.
So I forgot to plug in my phone the other night and the battery got completely drained. I plugged it in the next morning, and nothing turned on, no charging display on the screen, no LED, nothing. Left it plugged in for 24 hours, nothing.
Hi guys,
For the last few months I've had issues with charging my s2. I have had to hold the charger in a specific spot for it to charge in the past and recently I've been getting the 'voltage too high charging paused' pop up a lot more often.
So one day, I was left at my friend's house without my normal, Sidekick Charger.
My friend had an HTC Sense charger and it seemed to fit my Sidekick, and without thinking twice, I used it for the night.
My phone charged ti 100% and I unplugged it and used it throughout the next day.
Hey all,
So, I ordered my N4 and it should arrive this Friday. Couple of questions:
1) Is it still "the thing to do" to fully charge the phone then let it drain completely at first?
2) I use my phone a lot at night. Is it bad to leave it charging all night, or leave it on the charger after it's fully charged? Does it damage the phone/battery at all?
Thanks!
Don't know what happens last night but now Battery is not charging not even through charger or USB cable, plus Windows is unable to recognise the device when USB is connected. It is showing 100 percent battery all the time(using GO Power Master) plus it shows common charging at regular intervals even when nothing is connected to phone. The only way to charge the phone is to charge it offline.
I have read that a generic charger can damage a cellphone.
Well kinda...

When my phone is plugged into the wall there is no charging light or anything. No white light in any senario. Last night my default battery was at about 9% so I pulled it and used my 2nd battery. No problem.
