Hi, I'm new to this site. But, I looked everywhere and I couldn't find an answer to my issue.
Here is is my issue:
I have the Galaxy SIII... and when I turn off my phone fully I know it charges super quickly. Obviously, because it is not being in use. Anyways, today I was trying to charge my phone whilst it being turned off and it wouldn't charge.
Hi
While I'm driving I'm using Waze for navigation, and the device is also connected to my in car multimedia unit via BT as a phone.
I'm connecting the device to the car charger, and getting the charging icons, so it is actually charging the device.
BUT... it seems that the charging is too slow. The percentages of the battery is going down, instead of going up.
So I've setup chargers at multiple places in my home, in both cars and at work. I noticed differences in charge levels and charging times between these and was trying to rectify those with problems. Did a bit of reading and this is what I understood.
High power chargers(2.0 A or even 1.0 A) will charge the device faster.
Micro USB cables can be data/charge cables or charge only cables.
Recently I've had issues charging my phone. It used to be that I had to put the plug into the phone in a particular way and it would begin charging. Now it won't charge at all while it is on and when I try to charge it while it is off, the battery screen shows up, then goes off and this repeats.
Hello there. First thing I want to point out is that I've checked all the possible threads I could find and none could seem to have a solution to my problem. Here it comes.
I wish to point out that I HAVE connected the phone to my PC before, but this time I have a problem and don't seem to be able to fix it.
When I plug my phone into the PC, it charges.
Hi Guys,
Before I start, I have read many threads (I think all) relating to this problem and I have googled, googled and googled.
My Device:
GSM Galaxy Nexus
Problem:
It won't charge. No matter if turned on or off.
So guys.... I woke up this morning and my phone was dead. Last night I plugged it in and it was charging normal (I used a new USB cable and not the one I am using a year now)... Anyway I woke up this morning and I pressed the power button and nothing came up.... I took off its battery and pressed the power button for a bit....then plugged the battery back in and the usb as well....
Did the Nexus 7 screen cracked thing happened to you? I heard many people cracked their screen on reddit. It said the cost to repair is more than the device itself. Is it true. Did you repair your screen? I found the replacement screen from ETrade Supply is $152.20. Really hope this cracked thing won't happened to all of us.
