As the title suggest, I used my phone earlier and everything looked fine and I left the phone to sleep. But when I wanted to use it again it wouldn't respond and even when I tried to plug it in the charger it wouldn't turn on.
Unfortunately water splashed inside my bookbag where my Samsung galaxy nexus was stored. I didn't pull the battery out in time and although I waited a while to put the battery back in, when I did, the power button doesn't do anything to turn the phone back on. I sent it back to samsung for warranty repair and they sent it back with a "Beyond Economical Repair" notice .
Last night I woke up to my thunderbolt falling from my bed (several feet from the ground as it's lofted in my dorm room) to the ground. I noticed an error message regarding the SIM card, so my first instinct was to make sure everything was inserted right. I pulled the battery, checked everything, reinserted the battery and tried to turn my phone back on.
Hi,
Got my S4 yesterday. All seemed to be working OK until this morning. I charged it up to 100% and then the screen wouldn't turn on, either by the power button or the home button.
There was a blue light flashing at the top so the phone wasn't completely dead.
I updated to Jelly Bean 4.1 a few weeks ago. The phone was a little laggy, there was a lot of stuff on there and the battery was draining quickly. After doing a search on the internet, lots of people suggested I do a hard reset. I did a soft reset first. Then when that was done, I rebooted the phone to do a hard reset, but didn't press the right key combination, so the phone booted as normal.
I dropped my phone on accident and the back cover and battery came out. Well when I put them back in my phone will not come back on. I've tried hooking up to a charger that works to get it on, took the battery out and back in several times.
Hello,
I ordered a USB OTG cable from Amazon. It arrived within a couple of weeks from Hong Kong. It worked on my Nexus 7 great. :)
However, I plugged it into my SIII, and immediately, my phone shut off.
Well, I dont use my phone often because I use my Xperia but when I do, I charge it to full battery, then I turn it off, as you do to save battery, but next time a turn it on, it wont turn on causing me to plug it in, and Flat Battery! Do I need a new battery or should I try flashing a new ROM?
Thanks!
BTW Im using the Factory Battery that came with the phone
Hi everyone,
So I just upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy S3 this past Monday and exchanged it today for a new one because I went to turn on the screen and the phone was not responsive.
The screen would remain black and would not respond to any button on the phone. The notifications light was off and when I tried calling the phone it would ring on the outgoing end, but my phone would not.
