http://androidforums.com – I have been having problems with my bluetooth headsets/speakerphones. I am able to start voice dialing from the headset and connect a call but the call then transfers to the handset mic and earpiece. If I want to speak through my bluetooth headset I have to toggle the bluetooth button on the screen. I went to a corporate store and all they could offer is "this is a bluetooth incompatiblity issue with this phone." Does anyone know if this is true or if there are any work arounds? It almost makes voice dialing useless as i have to look at the phone anyway. Thanks in advance (General)

Have a 2011 GMC Sierra and 2010 Camaro and I am having problems with the Bluetooth Hands Free and my S3. What happens is I will hit my call button, state the number to call and it it will start dialing. However within 10-20 seconds of dialing I will lose connection to the phone and all audio drops in the car.

I'm experiencing a silly problem with the bluetooth headsets using Samsung Note.

Just recently bought a Bluetooth Headset for my Motorcycle Helmet, I'm on ICS right now, SCV7. The problem I'm finding is that no matter which voice commands app I use (Vlingo, utter, Skyvi, Voice Search) I can't seem to get it to use the headset's mic to listen to me!

But whenever I take a call the microphone works just fine.

I have tried pairing my bluetooth headset (Samsung HM1700) with my Galaxy Tab 2 (SCH-i705), and I cannot get the bluetooth microphone to work.

They pair together fine and I can hear audio on my headset, but I can't talk into my headset. My tablet only uses the built in mic. When I look under the bluetooth menu, the icon looks like a pair of speakers (without a mic).

I just bought a Bluetooth device to use with my s3 while driving. It's not working how I thought it would, so I was wondering what it should be doing and what settings can be changed.

1. I have my phone plugged into an aux port. When I get a phone call, the call audio goes through the car speakers instead of the Bluetooth speakers.

Hello, can anyone recommend me a bluetooth headset that can be used to stream music to and can also be used on the PS3 as a standard headset?

Looking around it seems some bluetooth headsets you can play music through and some you can't, but I have no idea what determines if you can or not.

Mine just isn't able to find detect either my Sony bluetooth stereo headset or my O2 wireless headset.

It's fine for connecting up to the bluetooth dongle on my desktop PC and my old Samsung E900 mobile phone of transferring files but somehow doesn't detect wireless headsets :confused:

Am I missing something?

I have tried 4 or 5 bluetooth headsets for GrooveIP / Skype / Vonage voice calls over wifi and I get horrible sounds that I could only describe as what you would expect if the call was connected through loosely connected high voltage line. It isn't just a minor background sound. It is extremely loud and this "sparky" sound overwhelms any other sound.
