Support Bluetooth headset disconnected while call waiting

I have tested 3 models of bluetooth headsets (Jabra Extreme, brand new Jabra Supreme and brand new Samsung HM6450). I use call waiting function on the phone and I can hear beeps that someone is waiting on hold but once the third party drops the call, the bluetooth connection between phone and headset is interrupted during a running call and sound is diverted back to the phone, connection is immediately renewed once you twice (off/on) press headset button on phone application. I have been having problems with my bluetooth headsets/speakerphones. I am able to start voice dialing from the headset and connect a call but the call then transfers to the handset mic and earpiece. If I want to speak through my bluetooth headset I have to toggle the bluetooth button on the screen.

It's fine for connecting up to the bluetooth dongle on my desktop PC and my old Samsung E900 mobile phone of transferring files but somehow doesn't detect wireless headsets :confused:

Am I missing something?

hi all, just got the note 2, and love it. however, my plantronics voyager pro (3 years old) which worked fine on my iphone 4, is paired, but doesn't bring up a dialer on the note 2. i was told by bestbuy that i need a newer bt headset. i don't trust them, so i need to know if others are able to use the bt headsets with teh note 2.

I want to listen to streaming audio from Ubuntu using headset (Bose Bluetooth Headset Series 2 http://goo.gl/4Wt1A). Although Bluetooth connection is established, I haven't been able to hear anything via the headset.

I have tried pairing my bluetooth headset (Samsung HM1700) with my Galaxy Tab 2 (SCH-i705), and I cannot get the bluetooth microphone to work.

They pair together fine and I can hear audio on my headset, but I can't talk into my headset. My tablet only uses the built in mic. When I look under the bluetooth menu, the icon looks like a pair of speakers (without a mic).

Just recently bought a Bluetooth Headset for my Motorcycle Helmet, I'm on ICS right now, SCV7. The problem I'm finding is that no matter which voice commands app I use (Vlingo, utter, Skyvi, Voice Search) I can't seem to get it to use the headset's mic to listen to me!

But whenever I take a call the microphone works just fine.

When I turn on a bluetooth headset paired with my phone, it automatically sets the headset as the primary sound output device so that calls/music play through the headset without me having to manually configure anything.

I have serious issues with Motorola H710 (Bluetooth headset) + Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 (running official ICS 4.0.4). Same Bluetooth headset is working fine with my other devices like Samsung Galaxy s2, Sony Vaio Laptop, no problems at all.
