Supermicro X9DRL-3F apparent overheat

http://serverfault.com – I recently bought a Supermicro X9DRL-3F motherboard and installed with the following components: Supermicro Case MT 500W CSE-732I-500B Black (1×) Intel Xeon E5-2620 4 × 8 GB 1333 GHz RAM SNK-P0050AP4 heatsink and CPU fan 750 GB 7200 RPM SATA HDD This is the first time I built a PC from scratch and I've got the following problem: the BIOS beep for overheating is a continuous beep, which it's giving me. But as far as I can tell it's properly cooled with 2 fans in the case (lower front intake and upper back outtake) and a CPU fan. On top of that I've aimed my table fan onto it for even mo (HowTos)
