Hey guys I just want to know how to always remain backwards compatible when using higher level apis. I'm going to read a book called "Beginning Android 4 Games Development" but it uses stuff from high apis and I want to make my game/app backwards compatible until android 2.2. Can someone give me a link to a guide or tutorial on how I would do this? Thanks!
Hey there. In the past 2 days I've downloaded 2 different apps that use the camera on my nexus 4 (SwatchMatic and CamScanner). In both apps, the camera is portrait mode when I hold it landscape and landscape mode when I hold it portrait. The first time, I thought it was the app--now I am wondering if something weird is going on.
I used to be a Windows user, and I'm quite used to being able to hit the backspace key to navigate backwards in web browsers. But in Ubuntu, I noticed that it does not work in Chromium or Firefox. Does anyone know how to make this work?
I am looking at migrating a client from their MS Exchange email server to Google Apps for Business email. They are a small firm with 5 email accounts, but they are very heavy email users and have mailfiles of 2-3GB each, with various attachments.
As their existing email server is a service, I cannot install any software on it.
