Hi. Is there a way to add resolution options when taking photos. The resolution range for video is more linear, and complete. For photos tho, the available resolutions are only super high res, and super low res. 640x480, 800x480, then a jump to 2048x1232.
It would be great to have a few more settings in between. Anyone know if there is a way to do this?
A 16.2 megapixel camera that doesn’t lose resolution or quality when extended from the 5x optical to 10x “pixel super resolution” zoom, records active steady shot Full HD 1080i video, takes 12 megapixel stills while video is recording, takes 3D photos and 42.9 megapixel panoramic pics and more? Nice!
I tried to download some images in fullhd.

I have Dell 7520 with AMD Raedon 7XXXM graphics card, thankfully, I got to make it work. But the problem now is screen resolution, as I have screen resolution of 1920 X 1080 for 15.6" laptop, which is way too much. In the Display Monitor settings, I cannot change it to whatever I want, only the resolution with 16:9 works perfectly.
So, I am fairly new to the linux world, but currently have just enough knowledge to break stuff. Right now my issue is I can't get a high definition, 16x9 resolution to safe my life. Ideally I'd like to see 1080p, but I would settle for 720p. Using Ubuntu 11.10, I have a NVidia GT430 graphics card with the NVidia drivers loaded. It is connected to a Panasonic D4000 projector via DVI-D.
