http://forums.androidcentral.com – Anyone else having issues with the stock browser? Lately i cannot save pictures and my screen doesn't seem as responsive while using the browser....hmmm I have used other browsers but the stock is plain and simple just how I like it. Hi,

I face a big issue with the stock browser of my TF700 (FW 9.4.5.26 with android ICS 4.0.3). In most websites, display is quite ok with the stock browser but for sites, the pictures are not displaying properly: a question mark is shown instead of pictures.

For instance, if I go to www.passefil.fr , it's displayed properly on PC or on my TF700T using Chrome.

I've been using the dolphin browser forever and switched back to the stock browser. I can't believe the difference in the speed on stock compared to dolphin... Superfast and crisp.... Even on 4G and wifi dolphin was sluggish... Anyone else notice that??

All our sales guys have HTC EVO view 4G tables and we are running into issues where the browser does not like our in house web ordering system site. It is slow or will show random black boxes over elements.

I very much am used to printing to PDF on Chrome on the PC. I also had this functionality in Dolphin. Unfortunately, Dolphin seemed to consistently bog down both my SGS II and my Galaxy TAb. I switched to using Chrome or the stock ICS browser.

This evening, I filled out my annual benefits enrollment for my work and wanted to print the receipt.

I didnt want to post a whole thread for this, but after searching around i figured this was the quickest way, i just need the stock browser because flash doesn't work on opera mini but i know it works on stock so if you can get this for me id really appreciate, also to save time can you also tell me where to find it in case i ever need it again THANK YAW!! :D

For some reason my google account was syncing everything except 'browser' and so I went into apps, found android browser, clicked on disable(?) rebooted phone and walla no more sync problems, BUT no more browser anywhere either!!! I could use chrome, but I really like the stock browser....anyhooo, could any of you guys point me to where i can find the stock browser for download?

Has anyone got a solution for this that doesnt involve using a different browser?

My stock browser likes to freeze a lot and ask me if i would like to wait or close it. Never had these issues viewing the same sites on my tf101 or galaxy nexus.

Stock browser hangs 32 weeks 2 days ago

Anyone getting an issue where the stock browser will randomly intermittently stop loading webpages? It doesn't crash but no pages will finish loading, with blue bar stuck halfway. Reboot fixes it, killing process doesn't. 100% sure its not the network because no other devices are affected. Also chrome is fine.
