Hey nexus 4 owners! I have a nexus 4 running 4.2.2. I lose about 10% of my battery every hour. Is this normal?

I just received my nexus 4 on Monday, 02/11/2013 and haven't used it since first day. When I turned it on on first day, it was around 90% and I turned it off after. All i did was scroll around on the nexus like the preloaded apps and options for maybe an hour max. Just yesterday on Friday, I turned it on and it was completely dead.
I was thinking about putting my 1750 mAh battery back in my Galaxy Nexus since getting my nexus 7 because I use it more than my phone. How is the battery life for those with the normal battery that also use the Nexus 7 a lot.
I just got a nexus 7 and am impressed with the pure android system with no Sammy uis and was wondering how much the nexus 4 is? I looked on Google but it didn't show a price. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place. I had a s3 and I really liked it but now I'm thinking of going to the nexus. Only thing that worries me is it being an lg I've had bad experiences with lg phones.
For the first time in a long time, Google announced a new version of Android, but didn’t release it for Nexus devices right away. Those of you with a Nexus 4, Nexus 7 (old and new), and a Nexus 10 will have to wait a few weeks until Google pushes it out.
If you find yourself needing a Kit Kat fix right away, then look no further than Paranoid Android.
Anyone drop their Nexus yet? I just dropped mine for the first time on a concrete floor at Starbucks. No case. Aside from a few scratches at the top by the earpiece there's no real damage that I can see. I certainly near capped myself though!
