Stackfolder seems to work just fine here for the home folder. I don't understand exactly what the issue is. Can you provide a screenshot?

I have a desktop computer in which I have installed the Mandriva 2011, it has a new application menu launcher like Unity, and is called ROSA Rocket launcher. I feel that this a better application launcher than the default KDE launcher.
My question is, Is there anyway to install it in Ubuntu ?
SimpleWelcome is the default menu on ROSA Linux KDE. Like the Takeoff Launcher, it is a fullscreen menu, but with a few more features.

This is one of those annoyances I have. I hear so many saying the Desktop is dead. There are so many reasons why it will never die. I read this article that covered a fair amount of reasons why the desktop computer will never die.
