http://stackoverflow.com – host: ubuntu guest: distribution based on gentoo embedded the problem is that after setting up a connection between the host and the guest (via tap interface) I have problems using ssh. Ping works fine, but while scp-ing something I got ssh: connect to host xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx port 22: connection refused figured out that there is something wrong with sshd, so I generated rsa keys and wanted to start sshd by /etc/init.d/sshd start ,but there appeared Service (netmount, pydoc, sshd) needs non-existent service 'net' **there are 4 lines, each one for netmount, pydoc (2 versions) and sshd What is t (HowTos)
