Spiceworks Tickets Anywhere does not always auto assign tickets with #assign command

http://serverfault.com – We have server automated monitoring systems that will generate helpdesk tickets in our Spiceworks system using the Tickets Anywhere functionality. Some of these emails never get assigned to the proper assignee using the #assign command. We have tried using both #assign user@domain.com and #assign to Joe User and from a few systems it just doesn't work. Is there a specific email format (i.e. text, rtf, html, etc...) that the email must be in for the commands to work? (HowTos)
