Ever since Google Hangouts was released in May, AT&T users have only been able to make video calls through a Wi-Fi connection. The new update to Hangouts makes calls over AT&T’s mobile data possible, a much needed and requested feature.

I got a problem with the facebook messenger. I am on latest cm9 nightly and siyah 4.1rc1.
The messenger has an extremely bad connection over mobile network, but works good on wifi. Now the joke is: Nothing else has any problems with my mobile network. Only messenger behaves like a douche. I do not understand why it works on wifi, but not mobile network....

I bought my s4 a few weeks ago and i have the next problem and that is that when i'm in a certain region that i can't make phonecalls en have any data connection. And no it's not in a building or whatever but just in a specific city.
I can only make emergency calls but not more!!
Is it possible that has something to do with the 4G network??
Bought a HTC one x off a friend and for whatever reason the mobile data works fine, but the phone is saying emergency calls. It's also saying there is an error with the sim or network issue. I've tried my sim in a few other phones and it works as normal, leading me to believe it is an issue with the phone.
