Sony Yuga to feature quad-core mobile processor

Sony Mobile is working to bring a smartphone-tablet hybrid device dubbed as Yuga and will feature full 1080p HD display, quad-core mobile processor, 2 GB RAM and 12 megapixel camera.

  Another day, another tidbit of news regarding the suddenly not-so-secret Sony “Yuga” smartphone. After seeing some teaser photos of the superphone yesterday, we are now treated to a an actual preview of the device, complete with all the spec details you can handle.

We reported about a new Sony beast dubbed the “Odin” or C650X (the X gets replaced with a number) from a leaked agent profile and shortly after, an image leaked. Now we have images of a C6603 compliments of German site Android Schweiz, with a codename “Yuga”. I am assuming this is the same phone, but with a new bump in the model number.

  We now have some additional Sony news to share with you all. As previously indicated recently, we knew that Sony has at least one major flagship device that is in the works behind the scenes, though we couldn’t quite confirm what the expected specs would be— until now.

  It’s no secret that Sony has a superphone in the works for 2013, but it appears that we now have an idea of what this device may look like. Thanks to some leaked images from Mobile Review, you can see how the Sony “Yuga” looks in plain view— and she sure is a beauty too.

Leaked details hint that HTC One X+ will feature 64 GB on-board storage, quad-core 1.7 GHz mobile processor and will run Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update.

Chinese web site ePrice is reporting Sony will unveil the forthcoming Sony Xperia Z at CES 2013. The new Sony handset is quickly morphing into a device similar to LG’s Google Nexus 4 in that so many images and leaks are coming out, any official announcement is almost anti-climatic.

Back in May we reported some leaked photos of the Sony Xperia J (ST26i) and as you saw back then, the green Sony Ericsson liquid energy ball was missing from the back.

Sony Mobile is working on yet another smartphone with 720p HD display and dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon mobile processor. Codenamed as Xperia Mint, the smartphone will feature a 13 megapixel camera and may be branded as Xperia T.
