Sony Ericsson has upgraded its Xperia Mini and slider keyboard-equipped Xperia Mini Pro phones with faster 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processors, larger three-inch screens, and Android 2.3.
Sony held their IFA press conference today and they just announced the Xperia T, Xperia V, and Xperia J. All three feature the same award-winning design that was first introduced with the Xperia arc and Xperia arc S. All three phones will feature Sony’s media applications.

Late last week, UK wireless carrier O2 announced via their company blog that they had decided to not rollout an update to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich for a trio of Sony smartphones. O2 indicated they had conducted extensive testing of ICS on the devices and determined the impact on the phones’ speed and performance would lead to a negative user experience.
