We’ve made some big improvements to the new Discover features in the app. The friends list and following list are now much faster, and you can also see expanded artist images on the newly added artist pages. We’re making lots of great changes to this part of the app, so be sure to keep updating.

With over 750,000 artist-to-fan connections, Songbird will increase exposure to your music and the content you want to share with your current and future fans.

I’ve always adored Thom Yorke and enjoyed all his experiments. Especially the ones with Flying Lotus.

We’ve just released Songbird for Android Beta 2 and it’s available via automatic updates on Android Market. We’ve fixed performance issues as well as bugs that were present in Beta 1. Let us know if you run into any problems with this new version.

It’s time for another Songbird for Android release! New in this release is support for Podcasts.
Podcasts will now show up in their own view. Also, when listening to Podcasts, we’ll automatically bookmark the last position and restore it when you start listening to it again later.
As always there’s a slew of bug fixes and improvements for you to enjoy.
