I'm trying to zoom in (or scale up) one window on the Macbook Pro with HiDPI/retina screen in Unity on 12.04. This is useful for some applications that doesn't allow the font size etc. to be changed. It would also be useful to e.g. scale up Virtualbox on hi-res screens.
The compiz zoom plugin zooms the entire desktop, so that's not what I need.
Hi, all --I mentioned this a few months ago and now that we're getting closer to the date, I wanted to mention that CrunchBang has a booth at SCALE 11X (the Southern California Linux Expo) in February. Since the CrunchBang Planet is not yet up and running, I'll post the link to my Larry the CrunchBang Guy item, posted today, here:http://larrythecrunchbangguy.wordpress.
I decided to try and tackle the fuel sending unit in my 68 Ford XL. It stopped working years ago, and it I'm tired of guessing how much fuel is in it. Originally I was just going to replace it with a 'new' unit. Although they go for around ~$90, so I was hesitant.
Then I came across an ebay store that rebuilds them. You send them in.

Plugin a usb drive ope Nautilus open automatically, minimize it to the Unity launcher, there seems to be no way to bring it up again. If you click the launcher icon on the Unity bar it just open a new instance of nautilus at the home directory.
