[Solved]Can't makepkg for perl-io-stty - Gives error

Ok solved. urxvt-fullscreen places the perl files into /usr/lib/urxvt/perl/fullscreen but reading urxvt man page it seems that URxvt does not look for extensions there, but rather in $HOME/.urxvt and /usr/local/lib/urxvt/perl. Symlinking the perl file into ~/.urxvt/ext solved the problem.

Are you installing packages without their dependencies? All of your missing packages, perl-http-message (which provides HTTP/Request.pm) and perl-net-http (for Net/HTTP.pm) are dependencies. perl-http-message is a dependency of perl-libwww (perl-libwww provides LWP/UserAgent.pm). perl-net-http is a dependency of perl-lwp-protocol-https. Did you just do a pacman -Syu to update your system?

I have one little problem and question about that (hope so that I'm not missed the topic).

I try to install Perl module Video::FFmpeg but I can't.

When I asked administrators of hosting why, they told me that is Perl module requires 5.10+, and unfortunately cPanel requires perl 5.8.8.

Doing it in the build() section is correct. Makepkg has some smartness regarding -git packages. See:pacman -S abs && less /usr/share/pacman/PKGBUILD-git.proto

If it built from AUR why do you you think you'd get a different result from building it manually?  All that makepkg does is run the commands needed to build it.That said, if you want to do it yourself, you should look at the PKGBUILD to see which commands are needed.  Use autoreconf instead of autogen, modify the configure script, set the environment variables, and pass the right pa
