[Solved] Xfce 4.10 freezes after waking up from suspend

https://bbs.archlinux.org – Huh, weird. When I posted the above I ran “export LANG="en_GB.UTF-8"” followed by “xfce4-power-manager-settings” to see how the options are named in English. The monitor sleep mode was set to “Suspend”, which everywhere else seems to correspond to the term “Standby” when the language is set to German. But after closing the laptop lid and opening it back again some time later, Xfce froze again. I had to open the Xfce Power Manager again and set the monitor sleep mode to “Standby”, then it worked again.So apparently the monitor sleep mode should be set to “Standby (HowTos)
