Not sure I'm understanding. So you insist on using Arch, and not something like JoliCloud? Because I honestly think, that Jolicloud is (the closest thing to) what you're looking for.And you don't want to just use a DE like Fluxbox, disable wm-decorations and run Chromium in fullscreen?

I have the same problem. (https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=153359)It's very annoying, i will try the xdotool command next time it happens.Edit:Finally, Thank you! Using "xdotool mouseup 3" makes the mouse work again. This problem was driving me mad.I figured out how to reproduce the problem.
Hi Everyone,
I am hoping someone out there can help with this issue in Ubuntu 11.10 running Gnome3-shell. Here is the synopsis.
I recently bought a Logitech M705 Mouse and want to get the thumb button (b:10) to act as the super key. I have the following line in my .xbindkeysrc.
#Activities Button
"xte 'key Super_L'"
b:10
but is doesn't seem to work.
Do you really want these things to start at boot, or do you want them to start when you log in? If you want them to be run at boot, read this: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Sy … process.3FIf you want to start something when you log in, refer to your DE's documentation, or use .xinitrc.

Your .xinitrc should be in /home/peter - that will achieve what you are after..xinitrc is a shell script: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Xinitrc

I also reinstalled libgdu. Result after a reboot: Still "Not Authorized".This time, neither notification-daemon, nor polkit-gnome-authentification-agent-1, nm-applet or ibus-daemon did start. No idea why. They are still in the .xinitrc and they did get started a few hours ago.
It is in our policy: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Fo … uette#SpamJust use the "Report" button if anything like this occurs.
