[SOLVED] Symlinks in /bin?

view story

http://crunchbanglinux.org – Hi all!I wanted to run a file ("foo.py") without moving it to my personal /bin (which is included in my $PATH). So, I thought I'd simply make a symlink, and place the link in /bin. But, I can't run it by simply typing "foo.py".Yes, the file has been chmod u+x'd!Am I missing something obvious? Thanks for reading & best regards,HMW (HowTos)
